Araria whereby license No. 30P/07 of fair price shop of the petitioner has been cancelled.
2. Mr. Sriram Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition and hence, the same need not be pressed.
