JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 The petitioners by way of the present writ petition seek a direction upon the respondents to shift the date of promotion on the post of Trained Graduate Teacher on the basis of cut-off date of 31.2.2012 and accordingly, grant all the consequential benefits in accordance with the various judgments pronounced by this Court especially the ones dated 10.12.2018 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1409 of 2017 [Raj Narain Singh & Ors. v. The State of Bihar & Ors.] as also the one dated 13.5.2015 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 2892 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted liberty to file representation before the respondent no.2 and the respondent no.2 may be directed to dispose of the representation

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a representation before the respondent no.2 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
