The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 22.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14740 of 2023 by which he was directed to produce a demand draft of Rs. 4,52,574/- at the time of furnishing bail bond, modifying the earlier order dated 14.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 42134 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said demand draft which was produced before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14740 of 2023 was misplaced and thereafter the petitioner lodged informatory petition before the Budha Colony Police Station vide Station Diary No. 55/23 dated 02.04.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28948 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that thereafter the petitioner has prepared another demand draft bearing no. 553996 dated 05.04.2023 of Rs. 4,52,574/- and he will submit at the time of furnishing bail bond.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time of surrender is further extended for two weeks from today.

Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 28948 of 2023 stands disposed of.
