The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 304(B), 120(B) and 201 of the I.P.C. 3.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he in association with his family members killed the daughter of the informant, over demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and has never demanded any dowry. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has been framed against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28276 of 2024(4) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 in custody since 22.09.2023.

Considering the custody of the petitioner and that charge has been framed, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Desari P.S. Case No.256 of 2023, subject to the following conditions: The petitioner shall remain physically present in the court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned court concerned.
