JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order/communication dated 17.08.2007 (Annexure-7) issued by the respondent no.3, whereby the licence of the petitioner for operating cable network in the district of Purnea has been cancelled. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the licence of the petitioner was valid only till 31.05.2008 and, therefore, the present matter has become infructuous.

She appears to be correct.

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
