The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2016, registered under Section 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of enticing away the daughter of the informant by Anuj Yadav with the help of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the co-villager of the informant and she has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute in between the informant and the husband of the informant. Further submission is that petitioner being lady has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or
