2. Writ petition against a Madarsa is not maintainable for grant of compassionate appointment. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to grant indulgence to the petitioner.
3. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the Madarsa concerned, which is expected to consider the case of the petitioner, having regard to the hardships faced by
