The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 153, 295A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that during procession of Ramnavmi the petitioners assaulted the motorcycle riders, as a result communal tension arose in the area.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury report is on record and accusation is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover, coaccused Md. Manauri has been granted anticipatory bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.50024 of 2015.

No.53425 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj at Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.60 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
