This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Islampur P. S. Case No. 129 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341,323,354,307,504,379,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the informant are full brothers and some dispute over partition in the joint family property is the reason behind some altercation and scuffle between them. I find substance in the submission so advanced on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bal on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M, Hilsa, in Islampur P. S. Case No. 129 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
