JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries and the injuries sustained by the informant side have been found to be simple in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period
