The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mainatand P.S. case No. 101 of 2018 registered under Section 304, 120(B), 338 of the IPC.

The informant alleged that Junior Electrical Engineer engaged her husband temporarily on the post of electric fitter. The husband of the informant was asked to repair the damaged electric wire but while he was repairing the damaged wire electric current was allowed to pass through causing burn injuries to her husband and her husband died. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is also one of the employees of grid sub station. There is no fault on the part of petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23519 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79108 of 2018 and the case of petitioner stands on same footing. It is further submitted that the occurrence took place at 3 P.M. but the petitioner was on duty in the grid sub station till 1.30 PM. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Mainatand P.S. case No. 101 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
