1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 14.03.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 12500 of 2024, whereby the petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, inadvertently, in the bail application, the description of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34641 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 learned Court below has been mentioned as S.D.J.M., Dalsinghsarai (Samastipur) instead of S.D.J.M., Rosera (Samastipur). He accordingly prays for correction of the description of the learned Court below as S.D.J.M., Rosera (Samastipur) and further prays for further two weeks' time to surrender before the learned Court below.
4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the description of learned Court below be read as S.D.J.M., Rosera (Samastipur) instead of S.D.J.M., Dalsinghsarai (Samastipur) in the order dated 14.03.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 12500 of 2024.
5. The time granted to the petitioners by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 14.03.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 12500 of 2024, is extended by further two weeks from today.
6. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
