2. This application has been filed for cancellation of the bail order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVII, Patna in A.B.P. No.-3510 of 2025, whereby bail was granted to the accused Sahil Kumar, Opposite Party No. 2, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.-594 of 2025, registered for offences punishable under Sections 74, 352, 351(2), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to move before the learned Court below by filing an application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33038 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 cancellation of bail on the grounds mentioned in the present application.

4. Permission, as prayed, is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Court below itself for cancellation of bail granted to the O.P. No. 2 on the ground mentioned in the present application.

6. If any such application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Court below in accordance with law within one month of its filing.

7. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna/concerned Court is directed to make all endeavours to conclude Matrimonial Case No. 899 of 2025 at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of this order and submit a compliance report before this Court.
