1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

2. This matter is listed under the caption of "For Orders (On Office notes)".

3. From perusal of report of 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur dated 08.05.2024, which made available to this Court through letter no. 152/2024, that the case is now pending for defence evidence, where statement of accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. has already recorded on 07.05.2024.

4. It appears out of submission that petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30763 of 2024(3) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 is in custody since 13.06.2020.

5. Considering the aforesaid, as all charge sheet prosecution witnesses now stands examined, accordingly, the prayer of bail of petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. However, learned trial court to conclude the trial at earliest, in accordance with law, as petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2020.
