The petitioner seeks bail in AhiyapurP.S. Case No. 974 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 160 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from Banana Orchard.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36262 of 2021(2) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 974 of 2020.
