1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions including a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to verify the certificate of the petitioner which was submitted on 31.10.2019 and thereafter, like other similarly situated persons, the petitioner be appointed on the post of Technical Assistant because several other similarly situated persons like the petitioner have submitted their certificates latter on and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6315 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 thereafter their counseling has been done and they have been appointed but the case of the petitioner has not been considered though she is in merit list at Serial No. 5. The petitioner has not been appointed only on technical ground that in her certificate DMC number has wrongly been mentioned by the University due to which her certificate could not be verified though latter on after correcting the DMC number the certificate of the petitioner has been verified."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
