2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered in connection with Yadopur P.S.Case No.36 of 2025.

3. As per allegation, on a tip-off, the police nabbed the petitioner with another accused person. On search, from the possession of the petitioner 5 gms of smack with Rs. 400/- cash was recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady having clean antecedents. She is incarcerating in prison since 27.02.2025. The learned counsel has also submitted that the quantity of contraband alleged to be

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Yadopur P.S.Case No. 36 of 2025, subject to the following conditions:-

1. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.

2. Before accepting the bail bond, the court below shall verify the criminal antecedents of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found involved in any case other than the present one, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
