2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 271 of 2020, registered for offence punishable under Sections 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner in connivance with other co-accused persons defalcated Rs. 17,35,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand) of government money, which was allotted for execution of several works in the concerned Gram Panchayat. The petitioner was Ward Member of the concerned Gram Panchayat and he was responsible for completion of aforesaid work.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
