Final decision has been taken by the authority concerned granting retiral benefit to the petitioner but not granting him the salary for the alleged period of absence.
In my view, such decision having been taken by the authority concerned after compliance of the order passed by this Court, the
Patna High Court MJC No.5047 of 2013 dt.24-08-2016 present proceeding cannot continue.
However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the part of the order by which the salary has not been paid to him and, if so advised, he may assail the same before the competent forum. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) SC/- AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE NA Uploading Date 13-09-2016 Transmission Date NA
