2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banjariya P.S. Case No. 292 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 85, 115(2), 118(1) and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the informant. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim by stabbing her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court in connection with Banjariya P.S. Case No. 292 of 2024.
