For issuance of writ in the nature Mandamus commanding the respondent authority to conclude the proceeding of Vigilance Case No. 49 (B) 2 and to take final decision which is still pending for more than 3 years."

Patna High Court CWJC No.18007 of 2015(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna submits that the proceedings of the Vigilance Case No. 49 (B) 2, has already been concluded and order has been passed vide Memo No. 2341 dated 15.02.2019, a copy whereof has been handed over to this Court, which is taken on record. Thus, it is submitted that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
