The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil Case No. 58 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 354, 504, 506, 456, 427, 436, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is at Annexure-1 and charges the petitioner of harassing the daughter of the informant and on protest being made, indulging in vandalism.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar has appeared for the petitioner and with reference to an order passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 42002 of 2015 has submitted that a coordinate Bench has granted bail to two of the three accused considering the omnibus nature of allegation. He submits that since there is

No.52966 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 nothing specific against the petitioner who along with the other two has been charged in an omnibus manner, hence the prayer be considered in the light of the order passed. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the order passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 42002 of 2015, let the petitioner, namely, Anish Kumar Singh @ Bhakali in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra and/or the court concerned in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 subject to the condition that in case the petitioner after obtaining the privilege of bail, indulges in any kind of vandalism or harasses the informant or his family, then informant would be at liberty to pray for cancellation of the bail of the accused.
