JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not paid salary. Learned counsel has submitted a copy of the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Authority vide R.P. No. 07 of 2017 dated 01.12.2017. The order indicates that the District Teachers Employment Officer has already directed for payment of salary within a period of one month.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to see that order of District

Patna High Court CWJC No.17223 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 Teachers Employment Authority passed in R.P. No. 07 of 2017 vide order dated 01.12.2017 is implemented in letters and spirit unless it is not reversed by the State Appellate Authority or the appropriate Court. Final decision with regard to payment in view of the order of the District Teachers Employment Authority mentioned above must be taken within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this court.
