By the impugned order dated 04.08.2015, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar has directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 5000/- as maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act in Divorce Case No. 55 of 2014.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below considered the fact that the allegation of the wife is that the petitioner has got 25 bighas of land and also has a computer repairing shop and considering these facts directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 5000/- which is interim. Therefore, this Court in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction cannot hold Panchayati and fix another monthly maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
