The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Balmikinagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016 registered under Sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code, 30, 30(a), 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. They are innocent and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45690 of 2017 (3) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, District- West Champaran in connection with Balmikinagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
