The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 30 of 2017 registered under Sections 370, 373, 332 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 14 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and 5 of Immoral Traffic Act.
Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the informant, a minor girl aged 13 years, was trafficked by a person by practicing fraud and was sold to the petitioner, who got for the purposes of prostitution, etc. and coerced her for doing illegal act,
