Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 for the offence under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has handed over the purse to the police and instead of putting the back of the petitioner, the petitioner has been made accused in this case.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.2.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has handed over the purse to the railway police at his own will, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named
