Various grounds are raised in the application for transfer to point out the reasons for transfer which includes threat to the life of the applicant and various other reasons attributable to her disability to go to Darbhanga for defending the case.
Notices were issued to the respondents on 12.08.2012 and proceedings in the present case were directed to be stayed. More than
