The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the allegation made in the FIR has submitted that the petitioner by virtue of her status has been involved in the case and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He submits that in identical circumstances the father-in-law has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 46144 of 2015.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, considering the allegations and the materials reflecting from the records, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52984 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 petitioner, namely, Suryakala Devi in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga and/or the court concerned in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
