The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mali P.S. Case no. 88 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that 10 persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners were cutting the paddy crop of the informant, when informant made protest at that time Bahadur (Petitioner No.2) caused injury at his head through Farsa and others also caused injury through lathi and stick and during the course of occurrence, all snatched golden chain of

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, informant of the present case and his other family members abused and caused assault to the petitioner's side regarding which Mali P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017 is instituted on 15.11.2017 on the basis of the written report of petitioner No.1 Rajdeo Singh and only to put undue pressure the informant has lodged the present case on 17.11.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
