The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahua P. S. Case No. 96 of 2020 dated 24.02.2020 instituted for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against unknown.

The implication of the petitioner in this case is on the basis of a confession made by the petitioner in an earlier case namely Mahua P. S. Case No. 182 of 2020. There is no recovery of any incriminating

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25297 of 2020(2) dt.01-10-2020 2/2 material from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2020. Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P. S. Case No. 96 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
