The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 10.09.2012 passed in Mutation Case No. 1444 of 2012-13 by the respondent Anchal Adhikari, Imamganj, as contained in Annexure-3, whereby the claim of mutation of private respondent nos. 7 to 9 with respect to the lands under dispute has been allowed.

In the considered opinion of this Court, against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy of appeal before the appellate authority, whereafter the aggrieved person will have right to assail the appellate order before the revisional authority; thereafter, the aggrieved person will have further remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal,

Patna High Court CWJC No.23016 of 2012 (6) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 Patna in view of the provisions contained in Section 9 of The Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

In above view of the matter, on the request of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail of the statutory remedy available to her.
