The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.40 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 337, 338, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner and others pelted stones and attacked upon members of another community and co-accused Karu Paswan opened fire causing grievous injuries to three persons, namely, Md. Nawab, Md. Naushad and Md. Tufail , I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same
