2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 80, 85, 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'. Sister of the informant was married with co-accused Shashi Bhushan Ram two years ago and it is alleged that due to non-fulfillment of Rs. Three lacs and one motorcycle, in the form of dowry, she was subjected to torture and cruelty by all the accused persons including petitioners and lastly, she was killed by strangulation.

4. Petitioners are agnates of husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who has already been granted regular bail with certain condition by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 28381 of 2025. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Kishanganj in connection with Tedhagachh P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
