2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Inarwa P.S. FIR No. 65 of 2025, registered under Sections 20(b) (ii) (C) , 23(c), 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Recovery is of 57.880 Kg. of ganja from a bolero vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of ganja, this bail application is dismissed.

7. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application.
