The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria ) P.S. Case No.444 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 376, 323 and 504/34 of I.P.C. Accusation of the informant is that one Aurangjeb who happens to be her co-villager, on the pretext of performing marriage with her established physical relation for one year. When she became in the family way and urged to get in nuptial bond with him, he refused to do so. The panchayati was held in which he admitted to marry with the informant, when the informant and her parents went at the house of Aurangjeb and made request to the parents of Aurangjeb to perform the marriage, then Aurangjeb,

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are distant relatives of Aurangjeb. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S.
