ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No.897 of 2007 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Centre Manager of Akash Institute Pvt. Ltd., Bhikhanpura, Bhagalpur. It is further submitted that vague and indistinct allegation has been made against the petitioner that he had not permitted the students to attend regular classes for some oblique reasons. No.16204 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 petitioner submits that the entire allegation is wholly frivolous and for no reason any coaching centre can prevent the students from attending regular classes to which they belong as normally coaching classes are conducted on time which was over normal school routine time.

In view of the aforementioned submissions and the vague and indistinct allegations made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.
