ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 74 of 2012, Trial No. 2858 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) & (F) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from his conscious possession and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation made and that the name of the petitioner has been made accused in this case on account of local village politics, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be
