Patna High Court CWJC No.11192 of 2021 dt.21-09-2021 2/2 Government of Bihar in compliance of decision of State Government, as contained in notification no. 6264 dated 20.05.2016, Annexure P-1."
From the response filed by the State, it is apparent that the land with respect to 26 Kilometers stretch of road stands handed over the Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar. It is further pointed out that 5 Kilometers stretch of road remains to be constructed.
Thus, in our considered view the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to complete the road expeditiously in accordance with law and also granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority, if so required and desired in accordance with law.
Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall also stands disposed of.
