JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 registered under Sections-342, 376 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as submission of the parties, in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the competent court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
