JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-10-2021 The short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the petitioner had filed the statutory appeal on 10.06.2020 bearing PDS Appeal No. 27 of 2020-21, but the same has not been disposed of till date, hence, the learned District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur be directed to dispose of the same expeditiously.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the Respondents State, Shri Alok Ranjan, AC to AAG-5, submits that he has got no objection in case appropriate direction is issued to the learned District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame.
