Technician for about last 8 to 10 years has been not called for interview to fill up 1772 vacant posts of Lab. Technicians published against Advertisement No905010115 dated 21.06.2015 (Annexure-1) and the petitioner has been arbitrarily put in disadvantageous position."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
