2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit and paragraph no. 3 of the supplementary affidavit reads as under:
"That the name of the petitioner no-2 has been written in the petition as Phuskar Chaudhary @ Puskar Chaudhary @ Mantun Choudhary @ Bhaskar Chaudhary. The name of the petitioner should be read/corrected as Phuskar Chaudhary @ Puskar Chaudhary @ Mantun Choudhary. The Bhasker Chaudhary be omitted from the name of the petitioner no-2."
3. The petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the name of petitioner no. 2. Office is directed to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30324 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/3 incorporate the corrected name in the cause title.
4. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 546 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim causing injury.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in jail since 10.01.2024.
7. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioners have antecedents also.
8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 546 of 2023, subject to the condition that they will cooperate in the trial.
9. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Biraul
