Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted promotion during the pendency of the writ petition. However, consequential benefits has not been released in favour of the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani to see that consequential benefits of promotion must reach to the petitioner, if not already granted to the petitioner within a reasonable time preferably within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this
Patna High Court CWJC No.16861 of 2014(2) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
