Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Katoriya P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 447, 448 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 07.04.2022, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.5, above named, has already been dismissed as withdrawn.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35614 of 2021(3) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 The petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are said to have assaulted the injured with axe and corresponding injuries have been found on the vital part of their body.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3, above named, is dismissed.

So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 6 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the allegations levelled against them.

Let the petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 6, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
