JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 19.11.2009 contained in Memo No. 275 dated 20.11.2009 passed by the Member, District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.16149 of 2010 (4) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
