This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hulashganj P.S.Case No.21 of 2013 (G.R. No.510 of 2013) for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 337, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
This application is for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner. It is submitted that the victim girl has solemnized marriage with the petitioner and in support of which he has filed some documents and these documents have been affidavited by the Notary Public and there is a marriage certificate also showing that they got married with each other.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides as this is direct allegation against the petitioner, I think it proper that let the petitioner, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54742 of 2016 (3) dt.31-01-2017 2/2 named, surrender before the learned court below and the court below will consider all aspects of the matter and pass appropriate order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
