The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Barh Case No. 699 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 329, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the IPC was added.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44004 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 26.04.2024, a status report has been received dated 08.05.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of 9 to 12 months. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of
