Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25(1-b), A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation against this petitioner is that from his possession one deshi pistol with live cartridges was seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.1.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25531 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019.
