That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to refund the excess amount of recovery towards Housing Loan to the petitioner amounting to approximately Rs.94,658/- alongwith interest at the rate of 10% per annum with effect from the date of recovery upto the date of actual payment to the petitioner and any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may think appropriate."
